Shipping

 

Orders placed before 2pm (Est) will ship out same day dependent on stock availability.

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday.

 Shipping Methods

UPS - (All of the USA great 48 States!) - 1 to 5 business days:)
USPS - (All USA P.O. Boxes) - 1 to 5 business days:)
USPS – (APO/FPO Military, USA Territories, Alaska/Hawaii) – 2 to 14 business days:)

 

  1. Please remember that UPS and USPS may require a signature on deliveries. Someone might need to be there to sign for the package.

  2. If a package is returned to Colossal Supplements due to failed delivery attempts there will be a $11 dollar return fee and in addition to shipping charges which will be charged to your credit card to ship it back to you.

  3. Orders sent to the wrong address (due to the customers fault) and need to be re-routed or returned will be charged a $11 fee and any extra shipping charges due to the customer error.

  4. Orders that are refused will be charged a $11 refusal fee.

  5. All charges will be charged to your credit card with out prior notification to you by Colossal Supplements.

  6. If you choose the wrong shipping method you must pay the correct shipping charges before your order will be processed and shipped out. Your credit card will be charged a second time for this.

 

Shipping Info & Times

 

  • Please do not include weekends or Holidays in your shipping time estimates as we do not ship on these days, and the carriers do not do deliveries on these days.

  • Orders received after 2pm eastern time Friday will not be processed for shipping until Monday morning.

  • Once you place an order you will receive a conformation from us stating that we have received your order and it is being processed for shipping. Then you will receive an email that your order has been shipped and tracking information.

  • Please remember that by using any shipping method faster then UPS Ground...that the delivery time does not start until we have fulfilled the order, processed it for shipping, and on the delivery truck.

  • If all or some of your items are out-of-stock you will get an email from us.

  • All products that can melt are shipped at your own risk. Our facilities are temperature controlled and once it leaves our warehouse we are no longer responsible for temperatures out of our control. Please use our web cold packs to help insure your safe delivery of any products that could melt. All melted products are non-refundable or non-returnable.

  • All drink sales are final! Due to the heavy weight and shipping cost we do not accept returns on these items. All orders containing (RTD's, 12 or 24 Bottle cases, etc) must be sent to a physical address.

  • Large orders that have a higher shipping weight then the shipping rate table may require a custom quote, that may need to be paid and approved before the order is shipped.

 

Military APO/FPO Shipping & Ordering Info

 

  • Military orders are treated just as domestic orders.

  • Colossal Supplements are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged APO/FPO packages.

  • Make sure you choose the USPS priority mail option.

  • Please use the following format to fill out the shipping form.

  • Since military orders are considered part of the United States for shipping purposes, you do not need to enter in the actual city, state or country of where you are located. Enter APO or FPO for the city and AP or AE for the state. Do not enter the country where you are stationed (E.G. Iraq, Afghanistan, etc.) as this will force you to choose an international shipping option and delay your shipment! Enter United States for your country.

  • Be sure to submit your actual credit card billing address in the "billing address" section if the APO/FPO address is not the billing address on file with your credit card company. Enter your APO/FPO address in the "shipping address" section.

  • Please allow 2-14 business days for delivery.
